If you live in the Metro Area, expect little to no signal from 9am to 5pm, specially 11am to 2pm. There is nothing you can do, there is nothing Liberty will do. Claro is worse. Optico Fiber is expanding slower than the speed at which tectonic plates drift. Good luck....

Liberty Cable - 9 months with no service
